• The end of semester exam is worth 60% of the total assessment. It will consist of four questions of which you will have to do any three. A model exam paper is available here.
• The Continuous assessment is worth 30% of the total assessment. It will consist of three in-class tests. Questions in the tests will be taken verbatim from the problem sheet.
• An essay on the application of the course will have a weighting of 10%. The essay should be four pages (max), typed in Latex, and submitted by the last lecture of the semester.
